This page applies to accounts of the KRGZ app (com.krgz.app) and krgz.cc. You can delete your account in the app, or without installing the app right here, or request deletion of specific data only.
Option 1: delete in the app
- Open the KRGZ app and log in;
- Go to your profile and scroll to “Account security settings” at the bottom;
- Tap “Permanently delete account”, confirm, and enter your password. The account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: delete on the web (no app needed)
Enter the email and password you registered with. Your account will be deleted immediately and permanently.
Forgot your password? Reset it with an email code on the app login screen first, or email [email protected] and we will delete the account after verifying your identity (within 15 business days).
Data deleted
- Account profile: email, nickname, avatar, phone, WeChat, gender, identity verification data (name and ID number);
- Your posts, comments, likes, reviews, second-hand listings and carpool trips;
- Saved addresses, friends and meet-up invitations, notifications;
- Check-in, points, items, lucky draw and ad reward records, parcel profiles;
- Login sessions (you are signed out on all devices).
Your avatar, identity verification photos, and post and listing images are deleted from storage at the same time.
Data kept and for how long
- Orders, transactions and service records (including delivery details and submitted documents): kept up to 3 years after completion for after-sales, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted;
- Deletion record (email and time): kept 30 days to prevent reward abuse, then deleted;
- Access and security logs: up to 12 months.
Delete specific data only (keep your account)
You can delete these yourself in the app at any time: posts, comments, listings and carpool trips (on their pages); saved addresses (profile → addresses); phone and WeChat (clear them in profile → edit).
To delete identity verification data, order records, service documents or other data, submit a request below. We will verify your identity and handle it within 15 business days, replying by email:
